We welcome suggestions from customers and community organizations. Program proposals are reviewed based on overall quality, the expertise and experience of the presenter or performer, and how well the idea aligns with our programming goals and community needs. Because our schedules are planned months in advance, availability can vary by season and other factors. Due to the high volume of submissions, we are only able to respond to proposals that fit a current programming opportunity.
Program Guidelines
- Free and open to the public.
- Summer program proposals must be submitted at least 9 months in advance.
- All other programs must be submitted at least 6 months in advance.
