Tap into your child’s energy and flexibility as they develop a sense of accomplishment through this interactive physical fitness program. Toddler Yoga is a fun, active way to engage with your child as they become more mobile. You’ll work together on your inner patience, strength, and calmness as you practice your yoga poses side by side. For children under 3 years of age that have started walking. Parent or caregiver must accompany child in class. Held the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Tuesday of the Month @ the Central Library.
