Free flicks at the library, under the night sky and the glow of City Hall. Celebrate reading and fun with HPL at our “Story to Screen” events.

Celebrate the 20th anniversary of the movie that tells the true story of Selena Quintanilla-Perez, a Texas-born Tejano singer who rose from cult status to performing at the Astrodome and topping the Latin music charts, with a commemorative reading of poems by Diane Benavides Rios and lively tribute music by DJ Twinkle Toes!

Parking is available in the library garage (entrance located on Lamar) and on the street. Parking is $2/hour in the garage, and street parking is free after 6 PM.
